15.
a lamp which is an indicator, for example a warning light on a car
dashboard.
16.
connect components and pass current from one part of a circuit to
another.
17.
is used to control current.
18.
stores electric charge
19.
has large capacitance.
20.
a safety device which will melt if the current flowing through it
exceeds a specified value.
21.
converts electrical energy to kinetic energy (motion).
Find the circuit symbols of the components mentioned above
Circuit diagrams
Match the parts of electric circuits with their definitions
1.
Branch
a)
is a closed channel in a circuit that can contain more
than two meshes, i.e. a loop can contain multiple
meshes, but a mesh can only include one loop;
2.
Mesh
b)
refers to the point or junction where two or more circuit
elements (resistor, capacitor, inductor, etc.) connect;
3.
A loop
c)
is a closed loop that does not contain any other loops or
paths that do not contain any other pathways;
4.
A node
d)
refers to the segment or section of a circuit that occurs
between two junctions. One or more parts can be joined
in a branch, which has two endpoints.

circuit below
